"Which version is the latest one?"

If you work on a creative team, you've asked that question this week. Probably today. Someone generates, someone reviews, someone needs the file, and someone else just spent an hour polishing the wrong version.

Starting today, your team gets a better answer: **workspaces**, a shared home for your team inside Hiding Elephant.

## What a workspace is

A workspace is the team layer around your creative work. Instead of everyone keeping projects in their own corners, you get one place to organize and share:

- Projects your whole team can access
- A clear home for ongoing creative work
- Invites, so a teammate can join in seconds
- A foundation for designing and reviewing in the same product

One workspace. Every teammate starting from the same place.

## Why now

We've been building Hiding Elephant into an [AI design workspace](https://blog-new.hidingelephant.com/from-logo-tool-to-ai-design-workspace/): generate on the [canvas](https://www.hidingelephant.com/canvas?ref=blog-new.hidingelephant.com), refine with [vector tools](https://blog-new.hidingelephant.com/vector-canvas-v2/), fix images fast with [Magic Edit](https://blog-new.hidingelephant.com/introducing-magic-edit/).

But all of that assumed one person working alone. Agencies, marketing teams, and ecommerce groups don't ship alone. Before collaboration can feel natural, the team needs a shared place to stand.

Workspaces are that place.

## Getting your team in

Getting people set up shouldn't be the hard part, so we kept it simple:

1. Create a workspace
2. Invite your team
3. Design and review from the same home
4. Share and export when the work is ready

No onboarding maze. Send an invite, and your teammate is in.

You can read the fuller team story on our [collaboration](https://www.hidingelephant.com/how-it-works/collaboration?ref=blog-new.hidingelephant.com) page. This release is the foundation: the shared home itself.

## What changes for your team

- **One home for projects**, instead of scattered personal silos
- **Faster onboarding**, because joining is just accepting an invite
- **Shared context**, so nobody hunts for "the latest file" again
- **Room to grow**, as more collaboration tools land on top of workspaces

## Who this is for

- Design agencies keeping client work organized for the whole team
- Marketing teams reviewing and shipping creative together
- Ecommerce teams producing lots of variants with multiple contributors

If your day looks like generate, fix, review, deliver, workspaces keep the people part of that loop in one product.

## Try it

Open [workspaces](https://www.hidingelephant.com/dashboard/workspaces?ref=blog-new.hidingelephant.com), create one for your team, and send the first invite.

One home. Everyone on the same page. Ready to build together.
